Soon I will graduate with my Bachelor of Science degree at Penn State University in Civil engineering. Being at PSU I've been involved in American Society of Civil Engineers: Steel Bridge Competition, Phi Sigma Rho engineering sorority, and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. During my years as an upperclassmen I became involved in being a mentor of the Women in Engineering Program Orientation and also the Engineering Orientation network. Ever since fifth grade I've aspired to someday build and design bridges after doing a bridge project out of balsa wood. Although I would like to work in construction or structures someday, for right now I'm interested in being involved in any type of long term engineering projects. A new goal of mine is to apply my civil engineering knowledge to different aerospace applications specifically with structural design or analysis. I took CAD 1, 2, and 3 in high school, CAD and CATIA in college, and have experience with microsoft office including excel, power point, word, outlook, project, and expression. I want to use this website primarily to share my CAD and engineering design projects as well as my work experience and resume with potential employers. |
